“Promoting Social Good Through the Arts” | April 11 – May 03, 2015
A multi-regional art project for research and artistic expression in the United States to promote social change in communities. The program includes visits to established art centers as well as smaller art programs. This experience is illustrative for participants to bring the different ways in which the arts identifies creativity, beliefs, diversity and tolerance in American society. The IVLP project gave me insight how to have an impact as visual artist. This experience inspired me to practice freedom of speech. My focus is to work with young people and share my vision for a better world using artistic concepts to make statements on either political, social or religious issues.
