As a humanistic philosophy, this installation (2013) emphasis: “I am because we are.” The artwork relates to a demonstration of Levinas’s (FR) general notion of love: in encountering the Other magic happens. In an event of abundant love and compelling contradictions, this manifestation includes clay bricks produced by EzinomraH and painted handkerchiefs by a group of teens in conversation with paintings of EdKe, depicted as a form of life-like art. This body of work aims at a framework in which we are beyond the Self and related to the Other, known as Ubuntu: I am another you, and you are another me.
